We are happy to announce a week-long workshop presented by our Italian coaches from Greve Opera Academy:
Eugenio Milazzo (piano: Verdi, Puccini, Bel Canto, etc.), and
Giacomo Benedetti (Organist and harpsichordist, early Italian music specialist).
The workshop will take place in NYC at the following locations:
The classes daily will take place at the John Paul II Friendship Center, 103 East 7th Street, and the Opera America Center at 330 Seventh Avenue.
The masterclasses at 7pm will take place at the Opera America Center at 330 Seventh Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001
Final Concert will be at St. Stanislaus B & M Church at 103 East 7th Street, New York, NY 10009
The program is open to all singers, and will be focussing on Italian repertoire, including Italian recitative techniques, and language pronunciation.
The workshop will include a minimum of 4 individual 1 hour coachings,
scheduled open masterclasses.
