GREVE OPERA ACADEMY (4-week program) offers singers the opportunity to perform roles in fully staged productions with a professional orchestra. The 2024 edition will feature a full production of RIGOLETTO, a semi-staged version of LA BOHÈME, and other concerts. Performances will take place in Greve-in-Chianti, Figline Valdarno, and other locations. Selected participants might be offered performances with the Teatro Lirico d’Europa in the upcoming 2024-2025 season. Our students have come from the US, Italy, Canada, China, Austria, Poland, Romania, Cypress, and Australia. Life-long friendships have been forged in the idyllic Tuscan surroundings.

The GREVE CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL (2-week program with the optional 3rd week) is for dedicated middle, high school, and college-age instrumentalists. The program focuses on performance preparation, cultural enrichment, and immersion in Italian cultural heritage. The festival consists of extensive chamber music studies, public concerts, coaching, and master classes with performing artists. The program includes visits to historical cities (Florence, San Gimignano, Siena), sites, museums, and vineyards. Qualified students will have the opportunity to experience working in a professional opera orchestra. MORE INFO HERE>>>
