OPERA ACADEMY offers singers the opportunity to perform roles in fully staged productions with a professional orchestra. The 2024 edition will feature a full production of RIGOLETTO, scenes from LA BOHÈME, and other concerts. Performances will take place in Greve-in-Chianti, Figline Valdarno, and other locations. 

Selected participants might be offered performances with the Teatro Lirico d’Europa in the upcoming 2024-2025 season. 

Our students have come from the US, Italy, Canada, China, Austria, Poland, Romania, Cypress, and Australia. Life-long friendships have been forged in the idyllic Tuscan surroundings.

• Audition for this program is required, either live or by an unedited video of 15 minutes.
• Live auditions will take place in late February in New York City.
